Christmas Sacrifice!

" And all the unknown joys he gives, were brought with agonies unknown? " ~ C.H.Spurgeon. God was sent as homeless in a cold winter. There is so much to be thankful for the savior who sacrificed his everything to save us.

Prayers for Homeless suffering in Rain, Cold and Hot weathers!

I pray for all the homeless people who are on streets enduring difficult rainy and cold weather conditions. They must be soaking wet, all their belongings are soaked and they might have nothing dry to change into. They will be sleeping in cold, wet clothes without any shelter. Forgive us, Jesus, for building bigger houses. This has made our hearts filled with pride that we don't have space for poor, needy and helpless people. Sorry Jesus, this must be nothing new as you and your earthly parents have to go through the same situation of homelessness on your birth.

God's Grace & Strength

"The Lord is my strength and my shield;
my heart trusts in him, and he helps me.
My heart leaps for joy, and with my song
I praise him." - Psalm 28:7

My prayer for this Christmas: "My God, you who are my strength, your grace can never be exhausted, and the overflowing storehouse of Your strength can never be emptied by Your friends or plundered by Your enemies." - Spurgeon.

Jesus turns our Sorrow into Joy !

 "Those who sow in tears will reap in Joy". Psalm 126:5. To all those Christians in amid persecution and affliction, sickness, pain, and sorrow; Jesus will wipe every tear from your eyes. Jesus will help, heal, bless, bring peace and comfort you all. Please don’t cry.

Jesus Fights every battle of your life and leads you to victory.

Since everybody is so crazy about Star Wars. I have an encouragement for you all: "Let the One who made you, the One who loves you and the One who knows you also FIGHT FOR YOU. Whatever battle you are raging in, Know that you are not alone. Know that you are cared for. Know that victory is coming. "The Lord will fight for you: you need to be still" Exodus 14:14. Have a blessed day!"

Bowing down to worship Jesus our King!

In Micah 6:7(a) - "With what shall I come before the Lord and bow myself before God on high?"

I think Shepherds and Wise men minds were filled with these thoughts:

"...with all we have and with all we are
     We have come so far
       To lift Your name...."

During this Christmas time: Help us, God to have same passion to worship the Jesus the King even if we are poor & uneducated like Shepherd or rich & educated like Wise men. For God it doesn't matter. They both got same Invitation to see and worship Jesus. Their purpose and desire to worship Jesus didn't change with their Status in society, Wealth and Distance. Jesus brings all of them to His knees. All our pride, wealth, education, jobs, status doesn't work before Jesus. We got to humble ourselves, keep everything away and worship the King of Kings who is before us.

Don't be Silent but, Speak Out against violence and oppression.

When the Nazis came for the communists,
I remained silent;
I was not a communist.

When they locked up the social democrats,
I remained silent;
I was not a social democrat.

When they came for the trade unionists,
I did not speak out;
I was not a trade unionist.

When they came for the Jews,
I remained silent;
I wasn't a Jew.

When they came for me,
there was no one left to speak out.
